The cost of a 30-second ad in the final episode of [Lost] is coming in around a whopping $900,000, according to media buyers. [...]
During last year’s upfront, a 30-second spot for “Lost” was selling for an average of $213,563, according to Advertising Age’s annual survey of ad costs in prime-time broadcast shows.

The groom, Mr. Park, is identified as a film producer who is the same age as Kim. She has been in a relationship with Park since 2007 after first meeting in 2002, when he was her manager. They began dating while she wrote her book, The World is Your Drama. Kim described her groom as “a very humorous and considerate person.”
The ceremony will be held on a private beach and attended by a small group of family and friends. Kim is currently filming the sixth season of Lost in Hawaii, so the couple will wait for shooting to end to embark on their honeymoon.

This week it became a mystery, along with the water Jacob used to baptise Ricardo, to restore clear thinking, to bring him back to an appreciation of this divine Island. Perhaps by the mystery of this water and wine we may come to share in the divinity of the Island, that humbled itself to lay bare our humanity.
Baptism as a proof of life. Wine as sign of malevolence and evil. Jacob has a unique way of perceiving reality. Every one of his observations was a 180-degree inversion of everything we have ever learned about the world. These were unsettling revelations of the inner thoughts of the Man in White. But the most disturbing event occurred when everyone else had left, and the Man in Black held the inverted flask that contained fermented grapes, and smashed it against the log. The act was disturbing because the Man in Black did not symbolically loose the forces of evil. No, the act was startling–shocking–because the symbolic essence of the act was a true liberation–of the sacred, of the divine.
